Service Description
CHOICE OF IN-OFFICE LOCATIONS OR VIRTUAL ZOOM Roslyn (Accessible), Huntington OR Zoom (Zoom link sent to primary client who can share link with up to 1 other guest.) This 50-minute 2-person session is designed to focus on guidance from your spirit teams and/or loved ones in spirit, as well as insight into your past, current and future life paths. Your comfort is always the priority—please specify if you prefer to avoid spirit communication. You may bring photos or objects for Léah to read. Come prepared with 3–4 questions in areas such as love, family, career, or purpose. The session may not be divided between each guest equally. Private information of each person may be disclosed. We recommend booking individual sessions whenever possible. All payments are for time and are non-refundable. TIME ZONE(S) All appointment times listed here are EST/EDT/NY Time. NOTE-TAKING & RECORDING You are permitted to take notes during the session and take a recording of the AUDIO ONLY. You are restricted from recording video of the sessions. All recordings of any kind are limited and restricted to personal use only. WAIVER OF LIABILITY Leah Claire is not a licensed mental health, medical, legal or financial professional, is not a substitution for such, and advises the client to seek the services of these professionals. By booking or making payment, you verify that you are age 18 or over and that you have read and understood and agree fully to all terms and conditions. You and you and/or your representatives agree to all terms and conditions and to fully release and hold harmless, Leah Claire, from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with your session. You are solely responsible for your actions. You understand and accept at your own risk, that sensitive information of a private nature may be discussed. All payments are for time with Leah Claire and are non-refundable. Lateness does not extend session duration. RESCHEDULING You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance using the online link in your confirmation email.** Each original booking may be rescheduled up to TWO (2) times. The second reschedule (resulting in a third scheduled date) is final and cannot be changed again. Bookings must be rescheduled within 60 days of the original booking date. *FEES: There is a 4.5% fee for all credit card payments. $311 Reading for 1+$95 Additional Person=$406 + 4.5% CC Fee of $18.27 =$424.27
Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING POLICY UPDATE (Effective 3/1/26) YOU MAY NOW RESCHEDULE 2X WITHOUT A FEE We are always looking to build a stronger relationship with our clients. We understand that life can be unpredictable. This updated policy provides greater flexibility while still protecting the availability and integrity of our scheduling system. This flexibility is offered in good faith and is intended to be used responsibly. Our booking system strictly enforces these guidelines so we can serve every client fairly. FREE RESCHEDULING Clients may reschedule their booking UP TO 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE at no charge. An original booking may be moved up to TWO (2) TIMES total. The second reschedule (third scheduled date) is FINAL and cannot be changed again. (Further attempts will be manually declined.) Bookings MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 60 DAYS of the original booking date. HOW TO RESCHEDULE: 1. Bookings MUST BE RESCHEDULED DIRECTLY BY YOU through LeahClaireMedium.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. 2. Your confirmation email from LeahClaireMedium@gmail.com contains a unique rescheduling link (check spam if needed). This secure link allows you to manage your booking according to policy (please see restrictions below). NO EXCEPTIONS. Because we are often in session or traveling, we cannot respond to same-day requests, process manual changes, or override system restrictions. Requests made less than 24 hours before the booking start-time cannot be honored. If a booking is missed, cancelled late, rescheduled after the allowed window, or rescheduled more than twice, the session will be forfeited. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If this policy is abused, the booking may be cancelled without refund. RESTRICTIONS: Due to system limitations, rescheduling may not be available for bookings entered manually by staff (including waitlist bookings). Only bookings made directly through our website receive the rescheduling link in the confirmation email.
