You will be guided on a journey to remember your past & future life incarnations. You will comfortably & safely be led on a journey to get to know yourself at the highest level. WHAT TO EXPECT*: In advance, you will have a 25-min conversation w/Leah, to set goals. On the day of your session, there will be a 20-min education & prep session to make the most of your experience. The guided regression will last approximately 50 min. There will then be a 15-min interpretation review. It is recommended to journal after your appointment. TO PREPARE: We recommend to make a list of questions to explore in regression for first meeting, and practice mindfulness meditation DAILY. (Insight Timer App recommended.) WHAT TO BRING: An Open Mind! Please wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. A journal and pen. Water. Must be 18+. All terms & conditions apply. Payments are non-refundable.
