UPGRADE: If you relax better in a quiet space, please upgrade to the Roslyn Office (+$75). TO BOOK 1. Submit a date request for your regression session with 3 or more weeks in advance. 2. Once approved, you will receive an invoice via email. Payment must be received by the end of the business day. ALL APPT REQUESTS ARE TENTATIVE UNTIL APPROVED & PAID IN FULL. 3. We will reach out to schedule pre-session (2 wks in advance) & your post session (48 hours after). TO PREPARE We recommend to make a list of questions to explore in regression for first meeting. We recommend knowledge of meditation - optional. (Insight Timer App recommended.) It is recommended to keep the rest of your day open after your regression. WHAT TO BRING An Open Mind! Please wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. A journal and pen. Water. RESULTS MAY VARY Past life regression is a guided experiential process. While many clients find the session meaningful and insightful, RESULTS MAY VARY. Not every client will access past life imagery, memories or information during their session. Your booking reserves Leah's time, preparation, and professional guidance. A specific outcome or experience cannot be guaranteed. The depth and nature of the experience depend on client receptivity, nervous system regulation, imagination, ability to relax, and willingness to engage in the process - not on Leah's skill or guidance. CONTRAINDICATIONS Past Life Regression is not recommended for anyone with schizophrenia, mood disorders or other serious mental health conditions. Techniques used may aggravate and worsen symptoms. Cancellation Policy
We don't offer cancellations or refunds - but we DO support you with rescheduling. RESCHEDULING POLICY (Effective 3/1/26) We are always looking to build a stronger relationship with our clients. We understand that life can be unpredictable. This updated policy provides greater flexibility while still protecting the availability and integrity of our scheduling system. This flexibility is offered in good faith and is intended to be used responsibly. Our booking system strictly enforces these guidelines so we can serve every client fairly. RESCHEDULING Clients may reschedule their booking UP TO 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE at no charge. An original booking may be moved up to TWO (2) TIMES total. The second reschedule (third scheduled date) is FINAL and cannot be changed again. (Further attempts will be manually declined.) Rescheduled Bookings MUST BE WITHIN 60 DAYS of the original booking date. HOW TO RESCHEDULE 1. Bookings MUST BE RESCHEDULED DIRECTLY BY YOU through LeahClaireMedium.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. 2. Your confirmation email from LeahClaireMedium@gmail.com contains a unique rescheduling link (check spam if needed). This secure link allows you to manage your booking according to policy (please see restrictions below). NO EXCEPTIONS. Because we are often in session or traveling, we cannot respond to same-day requests, process manual changes, or override system restrictions. Requests made less than 24 hours before the booking start-time cannot be honored. If a booking is missed, cancelled late, rescheduled after the allowed window, or rescheduled more than twice, the session will be forfeited. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If this policy is abused, the booking may be cancelled without refund. RESTRICTIONS Due to system limitations, rescheduling may not be available for bookings entered manually by staff (including waitlist bookings). Only bookings made directly through our website receive the rescheduling link in the confirmation email.
