Service Description
You will have a private 50-minute session with Leah via Zoom (no account required). Clients come for many reasons - seeking clarity, direction, reassurance or connection to name a few. Whether you are navigating a life or business decision, feeling uncertain, or hoping to connect with a loved one who has passed, this is a space that is grounded, focused, and respectful of your comfort level. Each fully intuitive session is centered & customized around you and your unique needs. Leah works directly with your questions, your intention for the session, your guides and what comes forward in the moment to provide insight, guidance, and when spirit steps forward, spirit communication. All with your safety, well-being, and highest good as her priority. Many clients leave with a greater sense of clarity, direction and peace. Spirit communication is always guided by your comfort level. Leah will not introduce spirit communication into a session without your request or permission. If you hope to hear from a specific soul in spirit, please know that many spirits come forward naturally. At times, communication may be stronger or clearer than others, and occasionally a soul may be more quiet or reserved. You are welcome to bring a photograph if you have one, as it can sometimes help to forge the connection. This is completely optional and not required. While every effort is made to focus the session, specific outcomes or who comes forward cannot be guaranteed. To make the most of your time, you may find it helpful to come with a few questions or areas of focus. IMPORTANT DETAILS - Must be 18 years or older - All appointments are in Eastern Time (NY) - One client per session (non-transferable). There is a separate service for multiple person readings. - Audio-ONLY recording and note-taking permitted for personal use only. RESCHEDULING Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email (maximum of 2 reschedules; and must be 60 days from original booking date.) LATENESS Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may reduce your session time. We make every effort to accommodate when possible, sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect all clients. PRICE Price: $300 Plus a 4.6% credit card processing fee $13.80. Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING POLICY UPDATE (Effective 3/1/26) YOU MAY NOW RESCHEDULE 2X WITHOUT A FEE We are always looking to build a stronger relationship with our clients. We understand that life can be unpredictable. This updated policy provides greater flexibility while still protecting the availability and integrity of our scheduling system. This flexibility is offered in good faith and is intended to be used responsibly. Our booking system strictly enforces these guidelines so we can serve every client fairly. FREE RESCHEDULING Clients may reschedule their booking UP TO 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE at no charge. An original booking may be moved up to TWO (2) TIMES total. The second reschedule (third scheduled date) is FINAL and cannot be changed again. (Further attempts will be manually declined.) Bookings MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 60 DAYS of the original booking date. HOW TO RESCHEDULE: 1. Bookings MUST BE RESCHEDULED DIRECTLY BY YOU through LeahClaireMedium.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. 2. Your confirmation email from LeahClaireMedium@gmail.com contains a unique rescheduling link (check spam if needed). This secure link allows you to manage your booking according to policy (please see restrictions below). NO EXCEPTIONS. Because we are often in session or traveling, we cannot respond to same-day requests, process manual changes, or override system restrictions. Requests made less than 24 hours before the booking start-time cannot be honored. If a booking is missed, cancelled late, rescheduled after the allowed window, or rescheduled more than twice, the session will be forfeited. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If this policy is abused, the booking may be cancelled without refund. RESTRICTIONS: Due to system limitations, rescheduling may not be available for bookings entered manually by staff (including waitlist bookings). Only bookings made directly through our website receive the rescheduling link in the confirmation email.
